Operations manager, Incumbent, other clergy, parish administrator, ad-hoc team leading
You will be expected to work an average of 20 hours a week on weekdays during the hours of 09:00 to 17:00 with a preference for morning hours. There may be the need for additional hours or occasional weekends by agreement.
Your workplace will be mainly in the Parish Office but variable depending on the activity but limited to the church buildings, Parish Hall and grounds within the Parish.

Terms and Conditions: Full terms and conditions are defined in the Parish Staff Handbook.
Sick Pay: This role qualifies for Statutory Sick Pay (SSP).
Holiday allowance: This role qualifies for statutory annual leave as defined in the Working Time Regulations (1998). For 20 hours per week this would be 112 hours per annum. This leave is to be taken before the end of the calendar year in which it is accumulated.
Pension: This role qualifies for Workplace Pension contributions by the Parish of Cove.
