Where and when is Smilers?

Southwood Church’s Smilers baby and toddler group is open from 9.30-11am every Friday during term time at Southwood Community Centre (next to Morrison’s, Southwood). Also check out below to see what’s coming up..

What's it like?

We hope to make Smilers a fun, safe place for all, where parents, carers and children can get to know one another and have a good time. We have lots of toys, and activities for the children, and serve tea and coffee throughout the morning for the adults! As well as our crafts every week, we have an area for imaginary play, physical activities, book corner, baby area, colouring-in and jigsaw tables and ride-on toys. We also hope to have singing with musical instruments and a special birthday time every week! We now have a prayer box! Leave your prayer request in the box on the admin desk and the Smilers team will pray for you.

How Much is it?

Cost is £1.50 per session for 1 child and for a family.

Birthdays

Smilers loves celebrating your child's birthday with a card, sticker and song. As there are so many children on our register, could you let us know when it is your child's birthday. Please do this by either letting Joanna know as you pay or let Amanda know before 10.30am. We will put a couple of notices up to remind you. We would be very happy to celebrate your child's birthday up to a couple of weeks after it has happened.
